I’ve just been asked a brilliant SEO question. It’s brilliant because although the answer is easy to come by, it’s hugely beneficial. I wanted to share this insight, because it can help you, and other business owners of all shapes and sizes.
Mark wanted to know what the optimal time frame was, for committing to an SEO service. He was wondering if he should invest for 6 or 12 months.
The answer, as I explained to him, was neither. We know this is true, for 2 reasons:
Since SEO is the piece sitting between Google and your business, your SEO needs to be dynamic, and of course, constantly changing.
SEO will increase awareness of your brand, products and services to those who’ve previously never heard of them. And it will continue to do this, for as long as you continue to optimise your site.
So what’s the answer to the question? Stick with an SEO service for as long as you want to see results. Use a dynamic solution, to solve a dynamic problem.
